GLOBAL MARKETS INTANGIBLES AND TECHNOLOGY seminar hosted in Milan by YUS’s Italian partner Studio Legale De Berti Jacchia Franchini Forlani in the course of which presentations have been made on recent amendments in the Russian law concerning the protection intellectual activity results and means of individualisation as well as the law enforcement practice.
