December 18, 2006 The President of the Russian Federation approved the Fourth Part of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, which will replace all the existing normative acts on the intellectual property protection that are now in effect in the country and which is a single unified normative and legal act regulating the relations in the fields of industrial property, copyright and other intellectual property objects.
