Before joining YUS in 2024, Alexander worked in the Federal Service for Intellectual Property (Russian PTO) in the Litigation Department for 20 years, in particular as its Deputy Head.
Alexander represented the Russian Government, Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation and the Federal Service for Intellectual Property (Russian PTO) in judicial proceedings.
He participated in the sittings, conducted legal examination and prepared legal opinions for the Chamber of Patent Disputes of the Russian PTO.
Alexander is a permanent speaker of the conferences held by the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation within the Intellectual Property – XXI Century international forum.
